Chapter III · Visitor Guide · Start Your Journey

Ride with the frog.

The town's shops all speak standard WebMCP, so an agent can walk them. We build and prove that walk with Refraktor — our own consumer, the frog that carries the errand shop to shop. It's in active development, and WebMCP is early: other agents may work in part, or not yet at all.

Point a WebMCP agent at the town

Every surface registers tools on document.modelContext — the W3C WebMCP draft — so a compliant consumer can discover them. Cross-site chaining is still new ground, though, and client behavior varies: the full journey isn't guaranteed on every agent yet.

Ride with Refraktor

Refraktor is the browser extension we build the town with: it preserves your errand across sites, hopping the tab between origins and re-discovering each shop's tools as it goes. It's in active development — still being refined, so treat it as a preview rather than a finished product.

Turn the surface on

WebMCP is still behind a flag in Chrome (146+). Two ways in:

  1. 1
Origin Trial — on supported Chrome the town works with no flag at all, once each site's trial token is live.
  2. 2
Flag — enable chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features (or #enable-webmcp-testing) to expose document.modelContext today.
